Set in Tropical Far North Queensland, the ‘Botanica’ Project envisions an ecologically friendly development implementing sustainable design strategies across the 30 hectare site.
Council approval has been received for the Preliminary Masterplan for 1288 dwellings; distributed in 6, 5, 4 storey apartment buildings and townhouses. Construction has commenced on the earthworks, with 500,000 tonnes of soil moved to prepare the site for the commencement of building. Contreras Earl Architecture is developing the masterplan and the design of the apartment buildings. More information coming soon.
